Our Journey
MAPOW began its journey when a humble graduate from Managalore University aremed with a diploma in Electrical engineering from Dawars college in Fort, Mumbai pioneered Facility Management Services. Mr. A Prabhakar Kini, an early entrepreneur and visionary began small by providing Facade cleaning facilities in early 90’s.
Slowly but steadily MAPOW began offering allied services by
- Providing with AMC for Pest control services
- Company files , Paperwork to be Bonded / shifted
- Part time cleaning facility – morning before office hours & evening after office hours
- Contract for middle management employees – yearly or project base.

- We have various Payroll Software as per the company requirement. Mapow has a team to prepare the Payroll sheet and maintained as per client requirement.

Pradeep P Kini
Proprietor
Graduate from Mumbai University. MBA from KC College with major In Human resource & Indian Labour Law.
Joined the business from the age of 22 years right after graduation in 2003.
Worked in various HR recruitment firms from 1999 to 2001 to get inhand experience of methodology used to recruit middle to lower level employees.
Started from supervision level in 2003 and rose to become the CEO in 5 years.
At present the proprietor of MAPOW.
Aims to take the company to a strength of 5000 plus strong outsource / contractual payroll strength.
Established the Branch office in Mangalore in 2009, Ahmedabad & Pune in 2015.
